What’s included in a standard home cleaning? Home cleaning covers dusting, vacuuming/mopping floors, wiping surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, polishing fixtures, and refreshing high-touch areas. Add-ons like baseboards, interior windows, and inside oven/fridge are also available.
How long does a make-ready cleaning take? Most move-in/move-out cleanings take 3–6 hours depending on home size and condition. This service includes inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, baseboards, trim, closets, and detailed floor care.
What’s the difference between a make-ready clean and a post-construction clean? Make-ready focuses on move-in freshness and full top-to-bottom cleaning. Post-construction involves removing dust, debris, grout haze, stickers, and residue left from remodeling or new builds. It requires more detailed, layered cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? Not at all - many clients provide access instructions or use keypads. You’re welcome to stay, but it’s not required.
